Customer service was awesome! The chargers themselves are lacking though. Great idea, works and charges fast! However, the pieces that go into the phone get damaged to easily, and are so small I lost some of them. I ordered 7 chargers total, of those 7, I have 1 piece that goes into the phone side left. And I have 1 cord that will not charge the phone anymore either. It has been about 3 months since I purchased these. They were great at first, but as time went on, I am dissatisfied with them.

the magnet is not as strong as I thought it would be, and I hope that they start offering this in longer lengths. But overall, it works as advertised.
